Moments with the Brand Family

Just before the holidays I got to spend a bit of time with one of my favorite families. This past fall Gian Carlo Brand and his wife had their second baby, and first boy, Ettan. We had hopes to do newborn photos but our busy schedules didn’t align until close to the holidays when Ettan was just over 2 months old. I stopped by their home for a short time to capture moments with them and then we packed up the kids and headed out to Lake Louisa Park in Clermont and captured some memorable moments with their family. Gian Carlo is one of the best wedding and lifestyle photographers I know and so it was so much fun to get to spend some time with his family knowing he’s typically the one taking the pictures…I certainly hoped to help everyone get a chance to see him enjoying moments with his family. Of course this did include him taking pictures as well.;)I’ve always adored getting a chance to photograph moments for other photographers…because they truly understand and value the moments and we know how rarely they are in photos. Gian Carlo’s lifestyle work has certainly been inspirational to me…so though I could never come close or would want to compare our work – I did spend quite a bit of our time during their session trying to observe and capture a lot of the real moments that helped captured those “real” moments in their life.

I hope you all enjoy the moments spent with the Brand Family…Gian Carlo congrats again – Ettan is adorable and your family is amazing – you’ve definitely been blessed. Best wishes to you all.
