sou:john - You have to be the single most productive person I have ever encountered in my life. I am in absolute awe of your accomplishments and goals. How long do you think it will take you to be President? No, ruler of the world? Four, five, maybe six semesters? lol. You don’t know how to take a break do you, but if you did you wouldn’t be Amanda. Okay, jokes aside now (but still thinking of them).

Congratulations. I’m glad that you are still constantly setting the example for Valencia students and alumni. You are, definitely, one of the greatest things to ever happen to our program. Thank you Amanda.

Another update + help name the baby!

For those of you wondering how the baby’s been doing – great is an understatement. Despite getting more sick and being pretty fatigued the last month, I must keep reminding myself that being sick and tired is a “good” sign. I went in today for a routine visit – all I could do was proudly […]

Claudia Mundlos - Nicolas – that’s my absolute favorite name for a boy. That’s what I’ll be naming mine one day. Only problem: people will end up calling him Nick and I don’t like that one so much. In general: pick a name that can’t be made into a common nickname (Nick name?)! Alexei is great, too. I love Russian names…

August 27, 2007 - 9:48 am

Jayna Kern - I like the names Aaron and Hayden and Jacob for a middle name because that was Grandpa Kern’s middle name.

Appreciating the little things…

It’s easy to take for granted some of the best things life brings, but during challenging times I always find myself reflecting on the little things that have made my life special. During tough […]
