Searching for newborn baby models

As many of you are aware, I’m currently taking classes fulltime online at Savannah College of art & Design. Though I’m majoring in graphic design, this quarter I’m taking my first masters level course in photography as an elective towards my degree. As a part of this course I am required to create a set number of images as a final portfolio of the course. For our portfolio we are permitted select our own theme, and due to the fact that I have a strong desire to continue with newborn photography I am seeking a few newborn baby models to help build my portfolio for this final project in my course. I know, I know – I JUST finished my portfolio, however, I must create new images for the purposes of this course. Because I have had to undergo a portfolio review in order to get into the course, many of my instructors are familiar with my work to date and it’s unacceptable to submit what I have done to date for course credit. So I need your help. If you or someone you know in the immediate Orlando area has or is about to have a baby contact me through the contact form on my blog or web site and I will send more detailed information.

For those that are interested here’s a little information and criteria I’m looking for:

• I am currently ONLY searching for newborn baby models. That typically means 2 weeks and under. Ideally I like to try to see them in the first 5-10 days after they are born.
• I am  under a tight deadline. My final project is due November 15th so I must be able to meet with you for photos before that day.
• You must live in the immediate Orlando area or be willing to travel to my place for photos. I am under a very tight schedule so I do prefer doing photoshoots at my place where I can guarantee strong natural light.
• For helping me with this project, you will receive your photo session FREE along with a low resolution copy of all photos (that may be printed up to 4×6). Prices for prints and high resolution digital photos may be purchased. Prices are available on my blog and web site. You will be given 60 days to purchase photos.

I will only be able to offer this opportunity to a few select baby models, so be sure if you or someone you know are interested that you contact me right away BEFORE my schedule fills up.
