The Seeman twins

How blessed am I to get to meet such amazing families? The Seeman’s have the most adorable and energetic twin two year old boys, Jackson & Easton. Easton was born with a syndrome called Heterotaxy which has caused him to have a congenital heart defect. He’s been through quite a bit since he was born – but it hasn’t kept him from experiencing life like most other two year olds. He sure was fun to spend time with. He and his brother kept us on our toes as we chased them around trying to convince them to take just a few pictures together. Like most twins, they were quite independent and ran off in different directions often. Wendi I hope your family enjoys looking back on the moments with your family…your boys have secured a special part of my heart.

Brielle

I’m excited to have a lot of new work to share in the near future – I’ve been so busy working, taking photos and with “life” that it’s taking a little longer to share photos this spring. Brielle was born a few weeks ago and she’s a tad bit special to our family. She’s the daughter of our kids’ kindergarten teacher and we couldn’t be happier to help their family capture a few of Brielle’s first moments. Her daddy’s a firefighter so we have been planning a special shot with her daddy that I think you all will enjoy. Surprisingly she was the most content as we worked with her on that one photo. Hope you all enjoy the moments captured with Brielle…a big thanks to her mom & dad for being so patient through her session.

Olivia’s newborn moments

Just over two weeks ago precious little Olivia was born I spent a bit of time capturing some of her newborn moments. I thought I’d pause to share some of my favorite moments from the time I spent with her family. Though Olivia slept through most of my time with her, her personality shined through when she was awake and alert but also through some of her dreamy newborn moments. Deanna and Lucas congrats to your family…you all have been blessed with the sweetest baby girl.

Nolan

Sweet little Nolan visited me last weekend. His mom reached out to me when he was two days old after being referred to me. Luckily the timing worked our perfectly for us to capture his newborn moments. If you are currently expecting a baby I definitely encourage you to contact a photographer while you are still pregnant, if not months prior to their birth because the luck of newborn photographers timing a newborn session on short notice isn’t always possible.

At just six days Nolan he was a dream to work with. He was pretty sleepy and content through most of his session and even smiled for us a time or two. He’s the second 10lb+ newborn baby I’ve photographed this year – thankfully he was just as much fun as any other newborn to work with. We managed to capture a few cute shots with his big brother Carter too. Something tells me his family will enjoy having these moments to look back on…the moments when he was still so brand new. Kendyll I hope you and your family enjoy the photos…thanks again – your little guy is precious.

Brooks

Nearly two weeks ago I met with 8 month old Brooks to capture a few moments with him. He learned to sit recently and I would not be surprised if he’s a master crawler by the time his parents get to see these photos. He was maneuvering all over the place during his session. Many of these shots took several attempts and a bit of patience to coerce him to sit still just long enough to capture such sweet moments with him. Lori I hope you enjoy some of my favorite photos from Brooks’ session – thanks again for all your help.
