Moments with Trisha’s family

I’m finally getting caught up on sharing lots of moments I’ve captured recently. Life’s been a bit crazy lately so my apologies for the delay. Surely you all will enjoy the moments captured with Trisha’s family before and after the arrival of their third child, and first son, Ryan. I had so much fun spending a bit of time with their family and getting to know them all. After taking so many photos of them all before Ryan’s arrival, the girls were a bit excited for me to meet their baby brother. I met him just before he turned two weeks old – he was such a calm content little guy. Trisha best wishes to your family…hope you all enjoy the moments we captured – I’m sure they’ll remain a special part of your family’s memories for some time to come. Thanks for the fun memories.

Awaiting the next Mayer baby

It’s always uplifting news when families I’ve gotten to know closely through my photography share the news that they’re expecting another little miracle. This coming August the Mayer family are expecting their 3rd baby boy. I photographed their baby boy Reese back in November 2010 as a newborn and have done photos for their family a few times since. It’s always fun to watch families grow. I know they’ve been praying for another little one and surely we’re all feeling blessed to know it’s only a matter of time before we meet their baby boy. We had fun recently as we all woke up at sunrise to meet at the beach and take some photos with hopes to capture these moments of anticipation as they await the arrival of baby boy #3. Rachel & Jeff I hope you enjoy the photos…can’t wait to meet your little man later this summer!

Suzi + Jay’s maternity session

I’m quite excited to finally share one of my favorite maternity photo sessions to date. Suzi and Jay are expecting their first baby boy in about five weeks and so we took some time recently to capture the moments they’ve spent in anticipation. We met at the beach for some incredibly memorable moments and then later at their home. Suzi and Jay I look forward to meeting Grayson in  a little over a month. He’s certainly lucky to have two awesome parents…thanks again for the memories. I hope you all enjoy looking back on the moments as you await the arrival of your baby boy. Best wishes to you both!

Precious little Mia

I’ve been a tad bit busy with the change of semesters and a ton of other things, as usual…so I have tons of photos to share in the near future. I’m super excited to finally post precious little Mia’s newborn photos. You may recall that I took maternity photos of Michelle and Vince before Mia arrived so it was awesome to take a little time to visit them in the hospital when Mia was just a day old and then our schedules finally aligned to do official newborn photos when she was just over two weeks old. She’s such a precious little peanut with the most adorable personality. It’s always fun getting to watch a new family welcome a brand new baby to their lives…yes, following them this closely I almost feel like we’re family now.;)Michelle and Vince congrats on your baby girl – she’s quite lucky to have such awesome parents – thanks for making all these photos so much fun…best wishes to you all.

Newborn twins: Rebecca & Sarah

Recently I spent a little time with newborn twins, Rebecca and Sarah. I’ve photographed a handful of twins over the last five years but these two precious babies were the first identical twins. They were super sweet and tiny, only 4 & 5 lbs, so we had fun capturing a few of their newborn moments. Erica & Trevor thanks again for your patience and time…hope you all enjoy the photos!
